Our Speed & Agility program helps young athletes develop foundational movement skills through fun, high-energy drills and games. Led by an experienced Bergen County Speed & Agility trainer and high school Track & Field coach, sessions focus on proper mechanics, explosive power, and agility patterns that build strength, confidence, and competitive edge.

  • Ages: 6–12 years old
  • Focus: Speed, agility, coordination, balance, and overall athletic movement
  • Format: Fun, high-energy drills and games designed for young athletes
  • Benefits: Improves quickness, strength, confidence, and performance across all sports
